Approved Providers who joint provide activities will complete this part of the application every year. This requires you to upload at least one joint provided activity for each joint provider for review two months prior to your renewal month (for example your renewal is March 31, 2020—you would submit joint activities every year by February 1st). Approved Providers can upload activities throughout the year and submit only when the review is due.
