AANP Approved Provider Application
Approved Providers who are seeking to re-accreditation with AANP will complete this application every two years two months prior to your renewal date per AANP Policy. If your organization is also a joint provider, you will need to complete the AANP Joint Provider Application yearly. Please review the AANP Approved Provider Policy Manual for further instructions/clarification.
Please note if you are not already an AANP Approved Provider—Effective Jan. 5, 2026, AANP is accepting applications for new AANP Approved Providers by invitation. To be considered:
• The applicant must have completed at least 3 full AANP Accreditation applications preferably one from each type of application live, virtual and enduring — review, approval and post activity reporting in a timely manner with strict adherence to policy. Please use the AANP Continuing Education Application to have your activity(ies) reviewed for accreditation.
